In 2010 the CPA completed the first-ever U.S. corrugated-industry life-cycle assessment (LCA)
measuring and documenting the cradle-to-cradle environmental impact of corrugated packaging. The study used 2006 data (the most current available at the time). A new study is currently also being conducted with 2010 data, and will be released when complete.
