Corrugated Industry: The Business of Box Making

The corrugated industry employs over 70,000 people throughout the United States. About 1,300 manufacturing plants in the United States and Canada produce corrugated, making it readily available anywhere in North America. Corrugated boxes allow products to circle the globe. The corrugated industry contributes $26 billion to the U.S. and Canadian economies.

Between 2000 and 2012, the amount of corrugated required to package a unit of industrial production has declined by 13.7 percent. Since 1997 (in the past 15 years), the decrease has been 17.4 percent. (FBA)

Customer-driven, the corrugated industry is geared to:
  • Deliver customized solutions to specific application challenges.
  • Contain costs while adding extraordinary value.
  • Provide fast response to prototyping and just-in-time delivery.
  • Provide sustainable products: made from renewable resources, reusable, recyclable and manufactured with environmental stewardship in mind; economically viable and competitive; and providing jobs and other benefits to the communities in which we operate, as well as to the users of our packaging products.
You can expect a lot from the corrugated industry. Don't hesitate to put us to the test.
